The transaction law/M&A team of EY Law Advocaten-Avocats successfully assisted the family owned Cras group, headquartered in Waregem (West Flanders, Belgium), in relation to its acquisition of Vanderheyen Bois. With this acquisition, the Cras group further extends its network of woodshops with a new shop strategically located south of Brussels.

The transaction was signed on 20 December 2017 and closed on 31 January 2018.
