The teams of EY M&A (led by Marc Cosaert and Rik De Dobbeleer) and EY Law advocaten-avocats (M&A) (Tom Swinnen and Giovanni Verkooren) successfully assisted the shareholders of De Boer in relation to the sale of the latter to SOPREMA group. The family-owned company De Boer was established in 1922 and is headquartered in Schoten (Antwerp, Belgium). De Boer manufactures high-quality waterproofing systems for roofs across the world, and offers related products and services, such as green roofs and roof safety systems.
