EY Law is happy to announce that Virginie Ciers will join EY Law as associate partner in our M&A/Transaction law department.

Virginie has 15 years of experience in all kinds of corporate & commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private M&A), capital markets, corporate (re)structuring, consortia and joint ventures, non-profit associations and foundations, corporate governance, corporate housekeeping and general corporate and commercial matters and contracts. She advises both listed and unlisted companies and has assisted in IPO’s, public take-overs, private equity deals, sector take-overs, etc.
