EY Law welcomes David Du Pont as partner in M&A
Brussels, 12 October 2022 – Business law firm EY Law announced today that David Du Pont will join the firm as a new partner in the M&A Department in Brussels. David has more than 20 years of experience in M&A on both the buy-side and sell-side working with both corporate and Private Equity clients. He has been the lead adviser on many M&A transactions, and he has particular expertise in cross-border transactions. He previously led the corporate and real estate teams in Brussels at Ashurst. EY Law is a full-service firm of 50 lawyers offering a wide range of legal services.
David secured a master’s in law at the Ghent University and then went on to get an MBA at The University of Antwerp. After graduating from his MBA, he decided to join Baker & McKenzie. In 2001, David joined Ashurst where he acted on a wide range of transactions with Private Equity clients, as well as corporates. David also works on general Corporate Law related work, as well as Real Estate.
