Tom Swinnen, head of our firm’s M&A department, will speak at the ‘M&A Bootcamp’ organized by KMO Campus.

During the specialized 3-hour training session, the participants will learn how to structure and negotiate an acquisition.

The sessions will take place on 23 November 2018 (Ghent), 29 November 2018 (Hasselt) and 30 November 2018 (Antwerp), and will be held in Dutch.
