Anna has expertise in commercial and data protection law and advises both national and international companies. Anna’s main focus is drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial and ICT agreements and advising clients on GDPR related matters, such as data governance, international data flows, data breaches, monitoring of regulatory compliance and drafting of all accountability documentation.

Additional Info

Anna obtained her Master of Law at Ghent University in 2019. Prior to joining EY Law, Anna has gained experience by working in a consultancy firm as a privacy consultant. Later, she joined the Antwerp Bar in 2020 and has worked for a law firm specialized in IT law. Anna completed the Data Protection Officer training at the Data Protection Institute and is therefore a certified DPO.

Anna is fluent in Dutch, English and Armenian and has a working understanding of French.
