Professional experience
On a daily basis, Florence provides assistance to both national and international companies that are active in a wide range of sectors, and has inter alia experience in providing assistance with drafting various legal documents, with operations on share capital, with dissolving and liquidating companies, with cross-border reorganization projects and with corporate housekeeping.
Florence advises a numerous Belgian and European (international) associations and foundations. Florence provides assistance with the incorporation of legal structures under Belgian and European non-profit law, revision of the governance structure for and reorganization projects of large and complex associations or groups of associations.
Florence has been involved in M&A maters including buy- or sell side due diligence, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures and post-acquisition implementation and integration.
Florence is a regular speaker at seminars focusing on corporate and non-profit law.
Education
Florence graduated cum laude as Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in 2017 with a major in economic, financial, banking and tax law. Florence represented her university at the International and European Tax Moot Court Competition.
During her studies in Louvain-la-Neuve, Florence was vice-president of AIESEC and an active member of ELSA.

She is fluent in French (native) and has professional working proficiency in English and Dutch.
