Jorien joined the EY Corporate and M&A Law team in October 2022 and is based in the Diegem office. Before joining EY Law, Jorien already had some work experience by doing summer internships at several law firms in the past 3 years, including a one month summer internship at EY Law in the summer of 2021. Jorien mainly focuses on corporate and M&A law where she assists both national and international clients in all kinds of corporate and commercial law matters.
Education:
She obtained a Master Degree in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2021). She further obtained a master degree in corporate law at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Campus Brussels (2022).
Languages:
Jorien is fluent in Dutch (native) and in English and French.
