Education

Pauline obtained her Master of Laws Degree at the University of Ghent (2022). She also obtained an advanced master’s degree in Corporate Law with distinction at the Catholic University of Leuven (2023).  

Practice area

Pauline provides a wide range of legal assistance for both national and international clients in corporate law matters. Pauline has been involved in the following matters:

• Corporate law
• Nonprofit law and trade associations
• M&A
• (Cross-border) restructurings
• Corporate secretarial services

 

Additional information

Pauline is a member of the Brussels Bar as of October 2023 and she joined EY Law in October 2023.

Pauline is fluent in Dutch (native) and in English and French.
